Brief Biographical Sketch:
I'm a postdoctoral student at Stanford, School of Medicine. I do cancer research on hereditary cancer syndromes, but in SPLASH I’m going to teach about my country, culture, and language. Finnish is one of the hardest languages in the world. I love baking, hiking with my family, and traveling. Are you interested in learning more about Finnish language and culture? This class will teach you how to introduce yourself in Finnish and use other interesting phrases. This class will also introduce students to some fun aspects of Finnish culture. Finnish snacks will be provided!
