Brief Biographical Sketch:
Iliana is a third year PhD student in Electrical Engineering, focusing on signal processing of neural signals. Outside of research, Iliana loves to sing and dance. In this class, you will learn about electricity and sound! We will discuss how electric signals get magically converted into sound waves in a speaker. And the best part, we will build our own speaker!
E6618: Build Your Own Speaker in Splash Fall 2018 (Dec. 01 - 02, 2018)
Each student will build a simple styrofoam cup speaker. We will learn about sound, audio signals, how speakers work, and basic circuits. This class is run by the Stanford Women in Electrical Engineering group.
