Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am fascinated by the animals that live in the ocean, especially the cephalopods. Who are they? What do they do? How do they do it? Where do they go? These are the questions that provide the basis for my dissertation research on squid swimming behaviors and how those behaviors may vary in different environments.
